Unless otherwise specified, your order will be delivered to the address you supplied during the checkout process.
WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS MORE THAN 60 EUROS
We refuse to deliver to PO Boxes, orders with such an address will not be validated. Delivery times are given as an indication, DVD-SALSA.COM is not committed to respect any given delivery times.

Orders received and paid for before 2pm (Paris time) will be processed on the same day.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are set according to French postal service of La Poste.

International shipping
For packages below 100g or 350g. No signature required.
Colissimo suivi:
The package is delivered against signature of the recipient. Delivery status can be consulted on http://www.colissimo.fr. You will be given the Colissimo reference number by email.

Chronopost International
The package is delivered against signature of the recipient. Delivery status can be consulted on http://www.chronopost.fr. You will be given the Chronopost reference number by email.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed by our logistic branch around 2pm, and are dispatched the same day.

Distingo and Colissimo will have your order delivred within two working days to France (metropolitan) or Monaco.
Colissimo DOM-TOM & International will have your order delivred within 4 working days to DOM-TOM, 5 working days to Europe and 10 days to the rest of the World.
Chronopost International will have your order delivered the next working day to any World destination.

Returns policy:
Damaged (during transport) or faulty goods can be replaced as appropriate after consideration of your request.
